Foster is an Associate in the litigation department. Foster practices in the areas of construction defect, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.

 

Foster graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 2018. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2022. While in law school he worked for numerous prestigious Charleston law firms where he gained valuable practical experience in the local market.

 

Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Foster now lives in Mount Pleasant with his fiancée and golden retriever, Rowe. In his free time, he enjoys playing competitive tennis and spending time on the water. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves managing wildlife at his family farm on Edisto Island.
