Hayden is an Associate in the litigation department.  Hayden practices in the area of general civil litigation, with concentrations in premises liability, auto/trucking liability, personal injury, and business litigation.  Hayden graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2016. While attending Clemson, Hayden spent a semester studying international politics in Brussels, Belgium. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2020. While in law school, he worked for the Senate Judiciary Committee where he served as part of the Judicial Merit Selection Committee. Prior to joining LM Law, Hayden served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jennifer McCoy in the 9th Judicial Circuit of South Carolina.

 

Originally from Bonneau, South Carolina, Hayden now lives on James Island with his dog McNugget. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association. In his free time, Hayden loves to golf, travel, and return home to Lake Moultrie for a day on the boat.
