Kelly J. West

LITIGATION

Kelly is Of Counsel in the firm’s litigation division with a practice focusing on construction defect claims and personal injury defense. 

 

Originally from Gloucester, VA, a small fishing town in Southeastern Virginia, Kelly grew up working summers on the water with her father, a commercial fisherman.  She graduated from the University of Virginia in 1993 with a B.A. in Communications. 

 

After graduation she spent a year in Jackson Hole, WY skiing.  In 1995, she joined the Health Care Advisory Board in Washington, DC and served as the Marketing & Strategic Planning Specialist at the firm’s headquarters in the Watergate Building. 

 

Kelly attended George Mason University School of Law where she completed the Regulatory Law track and graduated in 2000.  Previously, she worked with The Seibels Law Firm and Womble Carlyle.  In her free time, she enjoys skiing, surfing and running.
